Responsibilities:

• Produce, develop and evaluate elevator or escalator and accessories.
• Collaborate across multiple groups to ensure product designs meet with manufacturing and product quality requirement.
• Drive project design activities to meet customer requirement and exceed customer expectations.
• Prepare detail design by generatin 3D CAD / Solidworks detailed drawings and specification, prototyping and product manufacturing support as required.
• Develop, verify, valid and design.
• Review and evaluate the product drawing and specification as well conduct feasibility study fo both design and manufacturing technology.
• Liaise and support on technical design related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in design and development.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Latest Cost Forecast & Monitor Cost Increase in terms of Potential Change Orders to determine Latest Contract Value.
• Prepare the catalogue, sample board to submit for Consultant's approval.
• Monitoring the project schedule, procurement, engineering progress, and sub-contractor progress.
• Carry out price comparison between the contract's bill of quantities and actual scope of work.
• Monitor changes on plans for variation orders.
• Maintains strict confidentialilty and ethics on all contractual matters.
• Liaise with Client respective Quantity Surveyor / Contract Engineers on contractual matters and progress payments.
• Involve in tender / bidding for new projects.
• Prepare and issue to the Contractor Request For Quotations, Change Orders & Variation Orders.
• Ensure all construction work are according to schedule.
• Ensure materials are delivered on-time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Project Management in Construction.
• Able to interpret engineering technical term and construction drawings.
